Who cares if he denies it or not. There's a trail of lies, questionable recent financial statements with 20 million common shares that went missing and Sharp lying that he was never issued the shares - not to mention the audited financial statements that were never filed from 2008 through 2013 and the recently pumped "merger" that fell through and the ensuing dump that caused the stock price crash.
The evidence of what has happened here in the last three years makes Sharp, GVSI and the stock price look pathetic.
