I think the drop coincided with some tool claiming it goes EM on Monday if there’s no filings. But we have almost three weeks of you include the grace period.

IMO filings have been submitted and will be uploaded soon.

I would guess it dropped today because of that big sell at 10:30 that seemed to set things off witout a positive response mixed in with the stock not meeting expectations/hopes of Financials today
