That is incorrect.

We have been over this before. E*Trade DOES charge a fee to trade OTC stocks. It is $6.95

Over-the-counter stock trades

A $6.95 commission (or a $4.95 commission for customers who execute at least 30 stock, ETF and otions trades per quarter) apples to online trades of OTC stocks, including OTC, OTCBB, grey market, and OTC-traded foreign securities.

Their website states it and I can tell the board that it is true. I have paid $6.95 for every trade I have made of Netlist stock.
