They gave Hyperion a nonsensical reply! Hyperion asked again today, not holding His breath!!

The Autris (AUTR) stock held on your account is classified as Over-The-Counter (OTC), which means that it is a restricted stock with different rules for trading than normal stocks. In the case of an OTC, the pricing data for the stock is not always available, therefore we require clients to call in to make a trade as there may not be sufficient liquidity in the security to process the trade at a given time.
