I already tried to explain it to you. Think of the example I gave you with the president of the United States of America. He can't go around criticizing and attacking posters on a forum. That would be considered an abuse of power. Amongst other things, for sure. Public figures who can't tolerate criticism usually won't last for long. But that is another matter.
