I believe you are correct. The actual problem is not access it was the new OTC rules per IGPK update. They had to change name back in order for Financials to be accepted.

There were minor updates and now they mentioned they are going to change old name so that they can upload the otc reports. They can get access through old name make current name becaue JFH name needs to approve by Finra first to get the otc access.
Why they change old name because they want to make this current and avoid IGPK to go EM status.
After make current they will file again with NVSOS Jfh new name. Then they will ask Finra to approve the JFH name. That process will take time again to approve it . After approval it will reflect new name and new ticker.
Share structure is same here. Any change in company will happen after Finra approve the new name .
We are good now and let’s see how high this will go high with financials and current status.
Insiders are holding more than 92% voting rights.
Float is only 2B which is tiny for this type company
