Well if you predict 114 $ this remembers me on a time back in year 2016 where the share price was expected to reach 116 Dollars.
Pretty near prediction of yours, but I expect you are talking about USD.
Andre Tiedje an elliot wave expert predicted 116 canadian dollar, what would be round about 80 USD now.
So we are doing better now when looking in a bright future Niocorp and their investors. LOL
Here the link to the former share price encrease expected. Sorry unfortunately I can only handover it in German language.:

That's great and all, but I wonder what is someone willing to pay vs what it is worth? I don't know those rules and or possibilities. The resources could be worth billions to the one that goes to the effort of getting them out (minus the cost of getting them out and processing). If my shares were extremely cheap and nobody else was ponying up any money and I'm running out of time, what is my price now? Especially if I hold enough votes. That is what I wonder about, as far as being purchased or taken private. The NPV means squat if nobody is offering or wants to deal with mining the thing.

Hypothetical:

"The NPV might be 4 billion. That's great!! The only guy bidding is saying 15/share or stuff it. I'm running out of time and money and nobody else showed up to bid. They must know I'm sweating it in a bad situation. Now what do I do? As an insider, my shares were waaay cheaper than that and the clock is ticking. Most retailers walk away with at least some profit also."

That's the scenario that concerns me.
I only said 6 because that keeps my skin intact, and 12-15 is a ~2x bagger. 🤷
