The ask is much more than 2 billons, in fact 2 B x 100, they show what they want, 6 milly, 100, milly, 200, 500 and so on

Ummm... if all the ask does is reload, that's probably gonna equate to 2 billion or more. The "real" ask probably is over 2 billion but they let it reduce then restack not ever showing the true amount. Just calculate how many times that's been done. What do you think the actually ask is? Use some common sense...
