WHAT HAPPENS when they don't get aproval???

Use of MFB’s product on government land typically requires USDA approval which MFB is in the midst of
the significant maintenance cost the USDA QPL approval

At present, we do not have arrangements to raise all of the needed additional capital, and we will need to identify potential investors and negotiate appropriate arrangements with them.
