The best thing was when Bill Clinton came on the scene. I watched VHS tapes that said he murdered a bunch of people and was a very horny dude that had sex with multiple women. I thought he was cool as ice.. I thought, now this is the man I want to be and he should be in charge of us. First vote I ever proudly gave because I was young and foolish. Turns out he was actually as decent a person as I am and made a few mistakes like we are prone to do but he got this country back on track. I still respect the man he is today (Bill), but my personal values did really change. I respect the old ice cream eating dude who can throw his political weight at any time into any country way more than I do a serious criminal that hasn't done anything but clog up our civil court system for his whole life.
I still get a kick out of the notion that a guy with the name of Pecker is going to be the lynchpin in this process.
