Thanks, I hope all ends well for all shareholders.

I think we all thought it was strange the way they released news for that PP.

I think the reason they closed quickly the last PP and ones before is they hired an agent to do it unlike this one. Bonnie took care of this in the past and that finance ball got dropped.

Bonnie, was well respected. Remember she won first female CFO award. Link attached and see what RH said about her. That was missing this PP. Current CFO is temp and probably not in charge of doing the PP. https://www.spectra7.com/cfo-fei-award

Bonnie was blind sided by this as well and from I was told from my buddy, Bonnie still holds both her shares and bonds

I was told that it was all accounted for and over subscribed. So yes I was really surprised when I saw this news.

I posted link to all the news that came out in 2024 and all was humming along, ducks were all being lined up in a row and SEV was being praised at these conferences. At DesignCon they were top dog.

I agree, Future did do a good job connecting dots and Steve also provided some good info as well but the company, RH and Bonnie were also putting out very positive news releases as well as saying very positive things such as the link I provided earlier with RH saying "a lot of design wins."

I think some real monkey business took place. If what I believe took place then I think those that sold may have been taken to the cleaners but I could be wrong. It could be as simple as not having Bonnie there and they really just screwed up? I guess we'll find out in good time.

And no one be a smart a$$ tomorrow and ask for a drum roll. :)
