Jake - respect your opinion as I followed you a great deal with SNIC. We have heard the accumulation story here for quite some time. Any thoughts as to when we get some upward movement in SP? Also in terms of your fund contact - is long term 1 year, 3 years, 5 years? And finally, did this contact comment on management or the hx. of offshore financing?

Jakedogman

IMO mgmt is aware of this and is going along for the ride because they get option grants when milestones are met. The lower the stock price when milestones are achieved, the more money they make.

So you are saying when they pushed their options from 2006 to 2007 they knew the price would be going down all along stating that all was well ? If they are going along with this pps decline then when and how do THEY reverse course. It seems to me data at this point doesnt matter, Someone or something is pulling the strings.

The only thing that keeps most of us here is the science and the fact the PPS swings are on small volume { today they brought this down 5 cents on less then 500,000 shares / We trade 2.5 million and don't even close in the green }

Sick off PPS but still here

You said "IMO mgmt is aware of this and is going along for the ride because they get option grants when milestones are met. The lower the stock price when milestones are achieved, the more money they make."

So please explain why you want to own a stock where you claim
the management is working against you?

You said "I also think the stock is under accumulation and is being shorted"

Please explain how one can "accumulate" while shorting?
Last I checked, if you buy 10,000 shares and sell short 10,000
shares, the net position is ZERO - doesn't sound like
accumulation to me.
