My take or at least one of my take. Company had great intentions when they bought the shell. This is a fairly small business. Getting the five mergers was more time and involvement than anticipated. Scaled back and focused on a new product that was in their wheelhouse. Finally getting it to market. We are now what appears at the beginning of the next phase. It seems like they are stalling to get recurring revenue on the financials and maybe more. Also, remember the product could be applicable to other industries. A buyout is definitely possible once they get the recurring revenue posted.
