At this point it appears you may be right. My hopes are that something gets put together for the shell at least. Hopefully they can sell it, or if they abandon it then maybe a custodianship could happen here? If anything, positive happens and it comes off the expert market this will go multi-pennies.
This reminds me of one I traded over 5 years ago that was trading on the expert market, and nobody wanted it. I bought over a million shares at .0065 average. It exploded over a dollar within 5 months after me buying. I took a screenshot of my portfolio back at this time. I had sold half on the way up to these levels. This was the best one I had ever traded. I am not saying this will happen here on HGEN, but anything is possible in the future:
