I agree 'WinstonCup' , and I hope so too !!!

From the PR's that both companies put out just ahead of the close of the 1st Qtr,
I personally believe both companies have positioned themselves
to "Go Public', and it's now just a matter of going through
the Legal formalities - with FINRA & the SEC !!!

Three to five more weeks is just a guess, and I can't see
it taking much longer than that !!!
Just my opinion !!!
