You haven't seen an explanation because they don't have any cash on hand.

Those books are so fried it's insane. I guess another lawsuit is in order.

We know damn well just the AWC Aquisition of $2.5m is fraud. That contract was voided and signed by JT himself. (Just pull up the court docs on the AWC federal lawsuit). It's all public.

The assets listed under AWC control are nowhere close the the "pumped" up numbers NSAV is reporting. And I can bet you, under lawsuit, they won't be able to "prove" it either. ;) I'm willing to be on it.
