It's that one phrase that disturbs me ..."unless there are conditions...".
I really don't mean to question the integrity of Nik or IOR but we have learned the hard way that we have to ask these kinds of questions about the details.
If they are actually accessing the loan today... that could go a long way toward developing the sales infrastructure needed for eventual success.
