I don’t trust Mark or his ilk farther than I can throw them.
One scenario of voluntarily delisting, you will find, it is easier to take a public company private.

Another, is a buyback of shares.

I’m not saying that these or any I found are what I think is going on, but due to the fact that Mark Smith has kept everything a secret for the last 10 years and shareholders have done nothing but get ripped off while he was CEO and chairman, there are many possibilities none of which I believe are included in today’s news release.
