I'm sure Stellantis has a crop of seasoned executives waiting in the wings that would be happy to take the helm as NioCorp CEO. It may even sweeten the deal to have one of their insiders run this company if they were to take on an equity position.

To say Mark Smith is crucial to any deal doesn't take into consideration that there may be someone else out there that would raise NioCorp's business profile better than he can.

With his personal loan to NioCorp now paid off, he no longer has any leverage other than his voting shares, which notably aren't even the majority of shares owned by insiders.

Dude, I am trying to be nice but are you out of your mind?? Big boys like Stellantis and EXIM always have a back up to a back up plan...You know the kind our CEO cannot seem to make happen??? Here is the "real" reason Stellantis and EXIM has not happened yet. Like warren Buffett and other mover and shakers of the world look at our trash team and think "1" thing. They all say how can this Trash CEO work very limited hours on a part time bases and be a CEO at other companies??? It is simple as that. Put yourself in Stellantis and EXIM shoes. So, they should just continue to furnish a luxury lifestyle for our idiots who deserve to be fired not coddled as AO says. Why are you and others in the coddling business?? Since you love this team, and they never do anything wrong in your eyes go start a non-profit business with them?? But when you F with our money because of incompetence GTF outta here.
