Years ago as a young supervisor I made a mistake...........and the Chief of Police saw my disgust and asked what was wrong.........I told him about the mistake I had made ..........He looked at me and said don't worry about it, "making mistakes means your trying . I would rather have you trying than sitting in fear of making a mistake,.......learn from it and move on"
