Well, the guy doesn't know how day/night monitor cameras work. Many cameras switch to night vision/exposure when it senses darkness. This effect in this post turned green in reality about 2 seconds. It's an electronic effect that showing. I didn't go to the site or go off of this site so I don't about the comments. But I would say he may be fooled. But that's me.
I saw that a couple of times, around here maybe three.. It gets scary but I just wanted to look out of the window like lieutenant dan in a thunderstorm.
