Can’t control but understood. I’m guessing CG may attempt to mitigate via tweets tomorrow. No reason to PR until the report is filed. PR’ing as a late filer will do nothing for the stock imo. Company needs to stop with the NT’s. 45-90 days is plenty of time to prepare and file.
I my humble opinion every aggressive OTC company routinely files a NT for a fourth Quarter or 10k etc......and its no big deal as they are only given a few days to do that extended filing and all of em do it..........its a red herring used to buy on an artifical dip.......
I for one will put in a buy for multi millions if the share price drops back to 000?
Hopefully the CEO has determined a reasonable RS number to ensure the share price exceeds 2.00 a share and announce a Pre C soonnnnnnnnnnnnnn,
its always a bummer with AHRO It has been for years...my 6th year here..ahro loves gravity dilution and missing deadlines including self imposed deadlines lying about dilution etc...but its all good...if you ask resident pumpers on ihub...I use to support this compnay not any more I flip shares all the time all this BS about station new team members is never going to produce any revenue...nobody is watching TV its a BS story sad thing is they missing years on authentic pattented shirt business makes me sad....if they had focused on that rather than shitty TV business LPs YB NFTs and what not company should have been in a lot better place...al this about tv station is waste of time
