Uplisting on Nasdaq takes a lot more than bluff. Bjarne has not officially made public his intentions to uplist on Nasdaq yet. Nestlé has been on the pinks for many decades (decades before OTCQX)
It takes 4-6 weeks on average to uplist a company. Nasdaq is no walk in the park by any means! In answer to your question SONX uplisting remains a question mark. Also as a former NYSE company there may or may not be ways to circumvent current requirements.
We are not getting a PR about Nasdaq uplisting for SONX yet because a Bjarne cannot answer that question yet. As of today it is an intensely hypothetical question based on a labyrinth of Nasdaq requirements that may or may not apply. Hope this helps Tiger.
