With a $355K lawsuit loss, added to the prior lawsuit loss of $883K, that’s over $1.25M owed to 2 former employees who sued and won judgements.

It will take 10 years of 2023 sales to pay just those two debts, while not paying the other millions of current debt, and the millions more debt coming in the future.
