I’d say it’s highly unethical. They have an obligation to make a honest attempt to increase shareholder value. No attempt was made. The share holders spoke up with phone calls and emails. Glickman acknowledged that Charles heard us loud and clear and failed to lift a finger for us. Charles is a crook!
