Thank you Saj. My preference is in area of Minas Gerais...very beautiful area and even better is the food! There is a a special treat made there I enjoy called " Esfiha" its sort of a Brazilian Dumpling filled with minced meat Can be Pork, Beef Lamb or a mix. It's roots come from the settlers from Middle East thatcame to Brazil. It is baked in a triangular shaped pastry type dough...nice treat for quick snack Let's see how IONI can get on track and get its docs filed soon!
