That is a plus if they do follow through and complete it. We now have to wait 4 1/2 months (when the annual is due) to see the results posted at the end of August.

How many years have they been saying they were going to audit the financials.

"Our management team has finalized a proposed merger date for AVVH/GoldQuest Capital for mid-December 2021, shortly after our current reporting period ends. Once the merger is complete, we will be applying to FINRA for a name and symbol change as soon as reasonably possible."

Still waiting for a name and symbol change.
