It might... but, with almost a full 20 billion shares of headroom, the dilution will be unchecked. Share count will slowly but inexorably climb back into the billions, which will wipe out anyone that held through the split.

That's par for the course with reverse splits. Will KEGS break that mold? Doubtful.
