I didn’t read that to mean they boarded Starbucks. I think he meant they were opening up the model Starbucks has where you put money on a Starbucks award and can only use it at Starbucks. They were going to make it so you can spend your Starbucks money at in and out also or other places. He has done a podcast before talking about this.
