If that is true, as I firmly believe that it is, you must ask yourself how that could possibly have come about.

This authority for the US Government to interfere with the commercial development of covid vaccines, and to curtail the development of safe and effective therapeutics to combat covid, was vested in NIAID, when it was decided to resume the manufacture of bioweapons. In fact, Fauci got a 68% pay raise to resume the development of bioweapons, and their counter-measures.

Additional funding of gain function research began to be provided by other agencies and entities. The largest of these is the United States Agency for International Development ("USAID").

The Soros Foundation signed an agreement with USAID as follows.

"The Training Internship Program will provide three months of on-the-job and academic training in the
priority areas of public administration, business management, telecommunications, environmental
management and banking & finance for 30 professionals from Bulgaria, Estonia, Poland, Romania,
and Slovakia.

The Soros Foundations Management Training Program ("SFMTP) received and signed Cooperative
Agreement HEUR 0045 A 00 4007 00 from the United States Agency for International Development
("USAID") on November 19, 1993."

This relationship between the Soros Foundation and the US Government is already one that I want Special Counsel John Durham to look into. It is very common, anymore, for the SEC to keep the money they recover in securities fraud cases, instead of returning those disgorged funds to the investors, from whom it was stolen. I have reason to believe that some of these 100's of millions of dollars find their way into Soros-controlled "humanitarian" organizations.

What happened to the funds the SEC disgorged from Dale's entities, if they did? Did Dale win his appeal, and get those funds/shares recovered? Or do they remain in the US Treasury, where the funds could then be awarded to Soros organizations?

These questions are entirely relevant to Humanigen and their shareholders. This suspect activity by the government could be keeping us out of the covid market, and potentially interfering with our operating funds.
