Putz, I think there are a lot of factors, but understand and believe that the equity funding deal with Stellantis entails a considerable amount of professional fees, e.g. legal, accounting and investment bankers.
My numbers come from the last 10q. Read the part where they describe where the $800k goes. You could be right but it doesn't sound like much beyond general overhead. And since Jim says they need "several" million....
