I'm pretty confused too - is it getting loaded or is it dilution reflected from the OS now at 44 bil? Suddenly 465 mil traded? (and I'm 15 minutes behind).

I am going to try reading through this quarterly. What's pretty shocking to me is that as of March 31, 2024, the OS was still under 9 bil - now here we are on April 12, just 12 days later, and it's over 44 billion. Wow.

The 36 billion are restricted issued for the purpose of the merger. They can't trade those yet.

The adjusted O/S is controlled by the new Management team. It is in the filings and it is roughly 80% of the O/S and it all restricted shares.
