You should write to Marshall. Questions about the share restructuring is fair game and he will address them. He answered my questions including the share structure topic when I contacted him previously.

Again, he is professional and engaging when approached professionally. In my interactions with him, he is very careful as to what he says and will not overreach.

Me personally, I try not to pester him frequently but will plan on contacting him occasionally if I have any concrete questions about his company (not dwelling on stock price or stock action).

It takes 5-7 years to build a company on the average. And timelines are simply what retail imposes upon leadership for their own benefit.

Marshal should do what he thinks is best for the company, not what anyone on this board thinks, since no one here has the knowledge or experience to offer anything substantive to him.
