Don't believe the lock up is being maintained for any of the insiders. The PR's and 8K's were total nonsense indecipherable garbage to hide their true intentions. Too many loopholes and games in the bylaws the whole time.

Anyone see any clear info on the old 10 dollar buy out or the time of new restrictions given? Neither did I.

Insiders only need to conform to the SEC laws of percentages sold per quarter or amounts allowed.
