The A/S is MAXED...only 19 million left out of the 300 million Pastor Park printed out of thin air.

5,800,000,000 A/S minus 5,780,910,503 O/S = 19,089,497 ...THAT IS >if< those shares haven't already been issued since the T/A last verified the O/S on 3/18/24... 23 days ago.

At .0072 those 19 million shares are worth a measly $134k to management provided their dumping doesn't cause the price to fall.

Oh but companies go public because they DON'T need money so it's OK.
