A sad part of DEI is there are many minority professionals that have made it on their own merit. Now will people wonder if they are DEI to their detriment? Look at what the liberals are already trying to paint Clarence Thomas with the DEI brush. That's what the democrats have done for the minority communities. There are many minorities that can and will make it on their own merit but will always have the DEI label hanging over their heads.
