I think going to the Expert Market, IF in fact it happens, in Leo's eyes, he probably feels okay with it. If he could sell shares then stay current, but he's not so why pay for audits, especially when nothing is happening? When things do, he simply provides the Regulators with a current audit and Bam back in the game.

Until then the shares can be traded by other entities there by keeping the share price above trips.

Question in a recent filing I'm pretty sure Leo warned he may let the company sit in limbo with something like this.
