TEXX owned a tequila brand and “sponsored” an Indy Lights race car driver who had his own car and crew.

They also struck a similar deal with AMF Racing (speedboat) who entered several races touting their brand.

They never got paid, but Huffman and Klein pumped the racing teams and Klein dumped a chit ton of stock. Huffman deposited some shares too.

It’s a common scam in the OTC. Find legit and make it look like chit.

Also, take chit and make it appear legit.
