If you pulled up the information about the clinical trial you will see it was posted on 15/03/2023. Then per info above Elite submitted ANDA on April 20, 2023.

FDA obviously had questions/concerns about Elite's product. We have to wait for those to be worked out. If we get a PR it will be about approval.
