FYI, I laugh at the share structure comments as ECOB had similar structure as GEVI and then CONVERSIONS hit like a ton of bricks...ALL the debt holders, all the subscriptions sold ALL CONVERTED .

2M in loans liabilities....people gonna want ROI and NO SALES means HUGE DISCOUNT to market conversions

ALL happened at ECOB and they went bankrupt
