If you bothered to educate yourself on the VSA and their efforts over the past few years, you would realize just how meaningful this agreement is. Doors have opened wider for KBLB as a result of this agreement. A LOT wider.

Using the word "DEFINITIVE" is pretty definitive. "LANDMARK" is also a pretty big deal.
