The high stock market is lying about
bigger problems at the core...
And the FED under Trump started the
inflation problems, and the FED under
Biden increased inflation problems...
It will take a contraction to get housing
prices back down to more affordable
levels for more people...
Unlikely to occur this year as forecasts
are high on the potential for more folks
than ever possibly getting wiped out by
weather and having to start over...
Weather events have propped up building
and rebuilding demand even when interest
rates have been rising...
Forecasts don't look promising to help
get housing prices back to affordable...
Less folks building any home equity...
Otherwise, most rarely save any money...
