They need to address how they are going to fix that share structure. Is a company really going to spend 4 million to wipe out the OS count? Are they going to court to have them canceled? Are they going to RS even though they said it’s not needed? It might not be needed now because they’re ok with the share structure, but if they’re going to fix it they probably will. There’s no getting around it, this won’t move much with that share count, even if they’re now taking in cash.
