If the 45v rules stay strict and there is NO DOE $$$'s, we could see $1.00's.
where/who is saying the DOE loan is a negative? It is a reflection of the delayed production plants which were expected to be funding the other expansions they have been doing the last 12 months. Had the US Govt speeded up permitting regulations and the 45V details then who knows where we would be now.
