I don't see anything on that list that moves Barcelona beyond what Intel has already done...
It might sound like an impressive list, but everything there really falls into two categories.
(1) Things Intel has already done
(2) Things that are easy to implement if/when Intel wants to (IE dual independent memory controllers).
