Yeah, yeah, I even read the disclaimer. That's just another internet con artist trying to paint a picture that naked shorting is culprit when stinky pink pump and dumps tank. Anybody can put in comments on SEC rule proposals, doesn't mean they're not BS.
Naked shorty is just the scapegoat offered by the folks really selling stock and taking profits.
