I was under the impression, since they appealed the delisting, they only had to come up with a plan to meet NYSE requirements, to successfully relist. And then fulfill those requirements within a certain time frame, I thought to believe 12 months, to maintain a NYSE status. I guess I'm retarded, because this changes everything for me financially, and my perspective overall.
