Mark and I met with the Chair last month in DC, as we had an opportunity to do so at the SAFE Energy Conference

This is not the same thing as Mark specifying April as an Agenda date.

I’m sure he said April because he expected to have reason to meet with her in April.(like signing documents)
Unless he was going to make a special trip out of the blue, for old time sakes.
