Not immediately. They will start diluting more heavily to keep the lights on. The two most important things that a startup needs to succeed is 1) quality management, and 2) adequate financing. Dryworld is lacking both right now. I still think this has a change to succeed. They have good products. But upper management sucks. We need a better management team to be installed in their place. Barring that, they need to put the company up for sale before the debt gets out of hand.
