There is no way these serial fraudsters would ever take $12 million of their loot and buy back shares. That's just ludicrous on its face.

And with unaudited financials, there is no way to know that any of the numbers are real (most are likely not).

Yeah, good old William Snyder.....most likely yet another made-up persona, like our old friend Clive Mendenhall. These guys have done this for 15 years with at least four OTC scams (and probably many others)....left a trail of ghosts and mirages, made up management, made up advisors, stolen bios, and bodies left face down in a Mexican river.
